The adjournment is intended to allow further proxy solicitation on two proposals: a reverse stock split authorization at a 1-for-10 to 1-for-40 ratio, and the potential for further adjournment if needed. Stockholders as of April 2 are encouraged to vote by May 1 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern through mail, phone, internet or during the virtual meeting.
