The warrants will be immediately exercisable at an exercise price of $5.00 per share and will expire five years from the date of issuance. Subject to the satisfaction of certain customary conditions, the closing of the private placement is expected to occur on Feb. 23, 2021. Maxim Group LLC is acting as the sole placement agent for the transaction.
