According to the announcement, a concurrent private placement calls for the company to also issue unregistered warrants to purchase up to 3,170,700 shares of common stock with an exercise price of $0.86 per share; those shares will be immediately exercisable for a period of three years following issuance. Gross proceeds from the offering are projected to be approximately $1.9 million, and the company plans to use those proceeds to finance working capital and other general corporate purposes. It is anticipated that the offering will close on or about April 24, 2023.
