Predictive Oncology has also agreed to issue to the investors unregistered warrants to purchase an aggregate of up to 1,825,420 shares of common stock. Subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions, the closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about January 12, 2021. H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
