After 12 weeks, 60% of HyBryte-treated patients achieved treatment success compared to 20% for Valchlor, with greater average improvement and no treatment-related adverse events reported for HyBryte, while Valchlor patients experienced multiple adverse reactions, supporting HyBryte’s potential as a well-tolerated therapy for early-stage CTCL.
