XPhyto Therapeutics (CSE: XPHY) (OTCQB: XPHYF) (FSE: 4XT), a bioscience technology accelerator, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire its exclusive diagnostics development partner 3a-diagnostics GmbH, Frickenhausen, Germany. Per the terms of the definitive agreement, XPhyto will acquire all outstanding shares of 3a for EUR 400,000, to be paid immediately, and EUR 3.5 million, to be paid on closing, which is anticipated to take place on or around October 31, 2021.
