A study conducted by researchers from the Arizona State University found that a long-term choline dietary regimen could possibly prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Choline is a nutrient that can be used as a dietary supplement and is found in some foods. Ramon Velazquez, the study’s lead author, and his fellow researchers at the university’s Neurodegenerative Disease Research Center, investigated whether choline could reduce Alzheimer’s effects.
